Sofa Anti Mold Explanation: Five Anti Mold Products for Protection

Date:2024-11-21    Read:245    Category:Industry News

Material control: Textile fabrics and leather should be kept clean and hygienic, especially leather with heavy oil content should be treated with anti mold measures. The operation method is to directly apply Coptis anti mold and antibacterial paste on the surface of textile fabrics and leather, so that the antibacterial agent can penetrate the surface of the textile fabrics and leather to prevent and inhibit bacterial growth. Below is a commentary on the popular science novel "Sofa Mold Prevention": Five types of mold prevention products protect hair from mold:
1. Adhesive, especially environmentally friendly adhesive, must be added with 1-2% KP-M24 mold inhibitor before use to prevent it from providing a nutrient source for bacteria and causing microbial growth.
2. MDF, MDF, and wood should be controlled for humidity. It is recommended to keep the humidity of the wood below 12%. If the humidity exceeds 14%, anti mold treatment should be carried out. A simple way is to brush a layer of bamboo and wood anti mold and antibacterial agent KP-M128 with a brush on the wooden frame.
3. If the surface of the wood is painted, it is recommended to add 1-2% KP-M23 paint specific anti mold and antibacterial agent (due to environmental reasons, current paints do not contain any anti-corrosion and antibacterial agents) to the paint to inhibit the growth of microorganisms such as mold and bacteria.
4. Place KP-M225 anti mold stickers on various surfaces of the finished product. The paper and plastic bags used to package the finished product should be kept clean and tidy. It is recommended to control the humidity below 12%. When packaging, try to wrap all the paper and plastic bags around furniture products to make them relatively sealed. KP-M225 anti mold stickers release antibacterial factors to kill bacteria and inhibit bacterial growth in a closed space, achieving anti mold and antibacterial effects. Note: The quantity of KP-M225 anti mold stickers should be adjusted according to their specifications.
5. Place KP-M227 anti mold and drying bag inside the finished furniture packaging bag to reduce the risk of product moisture and mold growth.
Methods for controlling mold prevention in sofa warehouses:
Fabric, packaging materials, and finished products should not be stacked directly on the floor. They should be separated by pallets and kept at least 10cm away from the wall. Fabric, packaging, and finished product warehouses should undergo sterilization treatment once a month. Based on the actual situation of your company, first maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the ground. For the first three months of the fabric, packaging, and finished product warehouse, sterilization treatment should be carried out once a month. After three months, sterilization treatment should be carried out every three months. Use 5% disinfectant added to the floor mop water and mop the floor once (note: once a month during the rainy season). The fabric, packaging material warehouse, and finished product warehouse should pay attention to ventilation. When the outdoor humidity is higher than the indoor humidity, close the doors and windows. Conversely, open the doors and windows and record changes in humidity and temperature. If the indoor relative humidity is ≥ 80% during the humid season. Dehumidification equipment should be installed or warehouse specific sterilization packages should be added to reduce the risk of product moisture and mold.
Container anti mold control method during transportation:
Check whether the ventilation holes and sealing facilities are intact, whether there is leakage or deformation. Containers should be clean, free of oil stains, and odorless to avoid cross infection. Suggest spraying fungicides inside the container (500g per container). After loading, in order to avoid moisture caused by climate change during ocean transportation ("container rain"), it is recommended to hang container anti mold bars KP-G1000 on the inner walls of the container at intervals of 2-3M per bar.
