Leather complete anti mold and mildew solution, leather and its products (such as leather shoes, suitcases, leather bags, wallets, etc.) are prone to various mold growth under suitable temperature and humidity conditions. After a large number of microorganisms grow and purple colonize on leather, they will cause damage to the appearance and quality of the product.
Steps for removing and preventing mold:
1. Prepare items such as gloves, masks, brushes (preferably with steel brushes), clean cloths, mold inhibitors, cleaning agents (it is recommended to try non leather cleaning agents), and exhaust fans.
2. Wear gloves and a mask, adjust the exhaust fan, and direct the air outlet towards an unmanned area.
3. Spray the cleaning agent on the moldy areas on the leather surface and keep it moist.
4. Use a brush or steel brush to remove mold from the leather surface and detach it from the leather surface.
5. Use a cloth to wipe away the stains that have been brushed off, and the leather will look brand new.
6. The next step is mold prevention measures, which are essential. Spray the entire surface evenly with mold inhibitor, with a dosage of 20-30g/m2. The recommended spraying method is to spray horizontally and vertically once each, with a usage amount of 10-15g/m2.
7. Natural drying or low-temperature drying in a well ventilated area is sufficient. Only thoroughly dried products with a moisture content below 16% can be packaged and stored.
